Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MIDLAND account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's serial number and condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 3 to 5 business days.
